1. Download the app.  (For international bookings only - click on the international travel link at the top of the website to book.)

2. Register. Set up your account and enter a payment method.  You are not charged until the ride is complete. 

3. Book a ride. Rides must be booked at least 6 hours in advance. For a roundtrip ride, you must book 2 separate one way rides.  If your pick up or drop off location is outside the city or you have multiple stops or special requests, let us know what you need and we will get you a quote. 

4. Enjoy the ride.

*The parent or guardian riding with kids is responsible for checking the position and installation of car seats.  It is the responsibility of the parent/guardian to adjust and properly place car seats as well as secure the child in the car seat.  The drivers only provide the car seats.  In addition, it is the parent/guardian responsibility to choose the appropriate car seat type based on the child's height and weight.
