Schedule your ride through the KreweCar app at least 6 hours before your desired pickup time.

2. Transparent, Flat-Rate Pricing

Rides to and from the Orlando airport are flat-rate (excluding holidays and late-night pickups):

Can KreweCar take me from the Orlando airport to Universal? Yes! All rides to and from the Orlando airport are a flat rate of $72.72 for up to 3 passengers (additional charge for up to 6).

What happens if I need to cancel a ride?
Changes in plans happen, especially when traveling with kids. You can cancel a ride at no charge up to 3 hours before your pickup is scheduled (or up to 6 hours before on holidays). Cancellations within 3 hours of a scheduled pickup will incur a cancellation fee of up to 100% of the fare.
How about if I need to reschedule?
No problem! Just cancel your existing ride and make a new reservation. If it's within 6 hours of your ride, reach out to hello@krewecar.com to modify your reservation.
How do I schedule a round-trip ride to and from the Orlando airport (or vice versa)?
A round-trip ride should be scheduled as two one-way rides.
What if I don't know what time I want to be picked up on the return trip?
We recommend booking your best estimated time in advance. If you’re running late, you can request extra time for an additional charge, but please note that availability outside your scheduled time is not guaranteed. Our Customer Service team is always on hand to talk scheduling issues like this through!
What is your car seat installation policy? When you reserve a car seat through KreweCar, your driver will arrive with the type and number you selected. It’s the responsibility of the parent or guardian to check the position and installation of the car seat, as well as to secure the child within the car seat. It’s also the responsibility of the parent/guardian to choose the appropriate car seat type based on the child’s height and weight. KreweCar and its subsidiaries are not responsible or liable for improperly installed car seats or improperly secured children.
